helpful staff room amenities early check-in

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room had amenities one needs. I liked the early check-in, it helped a lot. I got my room ready for a birthday surprise.

The shower had pressure issues. Water stopped for minutes during my shower. I felt that was annoying.

marble finish fantastic shower complimentary snacks

The bathroom had marble finish throughout. It featured a fantastic shower (I'm a shower guy, so that was awesome!). The hotel provided Nespresso coffee, bottled water, wine, milk, Coca-Cola, and sweet and savory biscuits. All were complimentary.

Great hotel, some small issues

grand hotel excellent detail lovely staff free snack

This hotel looks grand and has excellent attention to detail. It felt quiet. The room was gorgeous and located in a walkable spot near restaurants. Staff was lovely. Mini bar included coffee and snacks.

The room was cold. I tried to get the heating to warm the room, but it remained very chilly. Breakfast was refrigerated, so croissants and jams were freezing cold. The accompanying fruit was also cold. Parking was a challenge.

Continental breakfast was delivered to the room at the time I had asked. Fresh juices and milk came in small glass bottles. Pastries and fruit were included in a branded box.

The hotel has no elevator. The hotel is near the city center. There are only rooms available. I was like I stayed at a wealthy friend's home.

The staff scheduled transportation for me to the port. A receptionist called me informing me my partner had left his contacts. This was a thoughtful gesture. The staff are friendly.
